You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the web site or the servers on which they are located through hacking, password mining or any other means. 4. Any software that is made available on this site is the copyrighted work of SRN and/or its suppliers. The software is governed by the end user licence agreement that accompanies the software (if applicable). Any reproduction or reproduction of the software not in accordance to with the Licence agreement is expressly prohibited by law. Violators may be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.

10. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec in Canada.
